Digital Products (E-books, Meal Plans, Courses, Downloads):
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the product has been delivered or accessed, we cannot issue a return or refund.
However, if you experience any technical issues accessing your files or believe you’ve been charged in error, please reach out to us within 14 days of purchase. We’re more than happy to help resolve the issue and ensure you get what you paid for, if you really do feel thatour services have not benefitted you in any way we can discuss a refund for you.
